All about cancellations and changes
It can of course happen that something goes wrong during transport of the backsplash. Or that you discover when unpacking that the wall isn't the right colour at all. Whatever problem you have, we are ready to help you.
Is there something wrong with the product you received?
When sending your track and trace code, we always mention that you should check the backsplashes for any damage upon arrival. If you discover something is wrong with the backsplash, please let us know as soon as possible.
FAQ
The return conditions can be read in full in our terms and conditions. In short: all standard items always have a 14-day return period. Within this period you can return items to us at no extra cost.
Please note: Backsplashes that have been custom made for your kitchen or bathroom cannot be returned. This also applies to wallpaper that has been custom made. If there are any problems with your backsplash, please contact us as soon as possible. And of course we will help with anything you encounter.
Custom-made items
As long as we have not yet started production, we can still cancel your order. Please contact us quickly.
Standard items
For all non-custom products, you can cancel as long as they have not been shipped.
Did you accidentally enter the wrong dimensions? Let us know as soon as possible and we will sort it out. Want to add an extra item to your order? You can simply order it via the website and we will make sure it is processed properly.

When we have received your return we will always let you know. We will then refund you as quickly as possible. You will find the purchase amount back in your account within 3 working days.
