Description
Rijksmuseum Flowers backsplash – a Golden Age masterpiece in your kitchen
Rijksmuseum Flowers – DW7317 is inspired by the famous floral still lifes of the Dutch Golden Age. On a dark, weathered background, roses, striped tulips, red carnations, cornflowers and white roses bloom in full splendour. The composition is reminiscent of paintings by masters such as Jan Davidsz. de Heem and Rachel Ruysch. The patina-like texture of the background gives the design extra character and depth.
